Initial Oral Examination
Your initial oral examination includes a visual examination, charting, periodontal probing, diagnosis and treatment recommendations. We will also take x-rays, which includes the panoramic x-ray for proper diagnosis of the anterior (front) and posterior (back) teeth as well as the bite-wing x-ray series for proper diagnosis of proximal decay of posterior teeth.

Implants
Implants are synthetic structures that are placed in the area of the tooth normally occupied by the root. ViziLite Oral Cancer Screening
ViziLite is an Oral Screening that can help the dental professional to find abnormalities in the mouth that could be precancerous or even cancer.  When found early, oral cancer treatment is less invasive and far more effective.  Statistically, ONE AMERICAN DIES EVERY HOUR FROM ORAL CANCER.  Our office now offers you the chance to have an annual  screening to help catch abnormalities early.  Knowing that the risk groups include: Patients age 40 and older (95% of all cases); Patients ages 18-39 when combined with Tobacco, Chronic Alcohol consumption or Oral HPV infection; and Patients age 65 and older with lifestyle risk factors.  Please note that 25% of oral cancers occur in people who DO NOT SMOKE and have NO OTHER RISK FACTORS,  We are happy to bill your dental insurance carrier, if applicable.  If it is not covered, we can provide you with a form you can submit to medical.   You can decide, is 5 minutes and a nomimal charge worth catching a potential killer early?  We hope you think so as we do.  We can provide you more information on your next appointment.
